NODO conducted training for build capacity and encourage adoption of home gardening,

between the 25th and 26th of June 2021, on the benefits of setting up kitchen/home gardens which would be an improvement from the current traditional farming practices and ultimately support optimal dietary balances and proper nutrition for families. 24 HHs received the trainings on the importance of growing vegetables, how to use the spaces around the homes to set up a kitchen farm, processes of land preparation, use of fertilizer (organic/compost), sowing techniques etc..
