facilitated a 2-day training to farmers in Cell-Dahir- targeted at enhancing their cooperative management skills (best farming practices, awareness on effective management of vegetable and crop production and improve exchange of knowledge on best practices) and ultimately allow them establish and run of their own that will be responding to farmer needs. This training reached 20 participants (7 females and 13 males).Β Notably, the training time was short and the project noted concern on limited supply of water and energy. Response in supply of water facilities like generators and hosepipes was a recommendation to ensure supply of irrigation water to farms. The farmers also requested priority in supplying solar panels to power the generators and facilitate farm irrigation sustainably. See the training photos below
